The People Behind Your Games

Two developers who stumbled into game creation, learned from countless mistakes, and now help others build the mobile games they've always dreamed of.

I never planned to make games for a living. Back in 2018, I was working as a systems analyst for a logistics company, spending my days optimizing warehouse management software. Exciting stuff, right? But evenings were different – that's when I'd tinker with Unity tutorials and dream about creating something people would actually want to play.

My first game was terrible. Absolutely terrible. A platformer with physics that made players seasick and controls that felt like wrestling with an angry octopus. But watching my nephew play it for three whole minutes – despite its obvious flaws – showed me something. There's magic in creating experiences that connect with people, even imperfect ones.

What started as weekend experiments became late-night obsessions. I'd solve coding problems at 2 AM that had stumped me for weeks, then rush to work the next day excited to tell someone about breakthrough moments that probably only made sense to me. Eventually, those breakthrough moments started making sense to players too.

My path here started with frustrated sketches in coffee shop margins. I was freelancing as a graphic designer, mostly creating brochures and websites that clients would inevitably want "more colorful" or "more professional" depending on their mood that week. Don't get me wrong – I loved design work, but something felt missing.

Then a friend asked me to create some character sprites for his indie game project. Nothing fancy, just a few animated characters for a side-scrolling adventure. But watching those static drawings come alive, seeing players engage with something I'd imagined and crafted – that changed everything for me.

I started collaborating with Alex in early 2019 after we met at a local developers meetup. He had the technical skills to build complex game systems, I had ideas about how to make them feel human and engaging. Our first real project together took eight months longer than planned, went over budget, and taught us more about game development than any tutorial ever could.

Our Development Journey

Every mistake taught us something valuable. Every success showed us what was possible. Here's how we grew from weekend hobbyists into the team that helps you bring your gaming ideas to life.

2019

The Beginning

Started as a side project while keeping our day jobs. Our first client wanted a simple puzzle game – it took us four months to deliver what should have been six weeks of work. But we learned the fundamentals of client communication, project scoping, and why testing on multiple devices isn't optional.

2021

Full Commitment

Quit our day jobs after landing three major projects in two months. Scary decision, but our client base was growing through word-of-mouth referrals. We'd proven we could deliver quality games on time and within budget – skills that took us two years of mistakes to develop properly.

2023

Scaling Success

Built our signature development process after completing over 20 mobile games. We'd learned to spot potential problems before they derailed projects, and more importantly, how to collaborate with clients who had big dreams but weren't sure about technical feasibility.

2025

Today

We've shipped 35+ mobile games that have been downloaded over 2 million times combined. Our clients range from solo entrepreneurs with clever game concepts to established businesses wanting to gamify their customer experience. Each project still teaches us something new.

What We Actually Do

Beyond the technical jargon, here's what working with us really looks like

We take your game idea – whether it's a detailed design document or just "something like that popular puzzle game but different" – and turn it into something people want to play on their phones.

Most of our clients come to us with great concepts but aren't sure about the technical side. That's fine – we handle the programming, optimization, app store submissions, and all the behind-the-scenes work that makes games actually function properly.

What makes us different? We've made enough mistakes to know what works and what doesn't. We'll tell you honestly if your idea needs adjustments for mobile platforms, suggest alternatives that improve player engagement, and most importantly, deliver a game that works reliably across different devices.
